Formerly a family pastor at Denman Avenue Baptist Church in Lufkin, Texas, Eric Thomas Garland draws on his experience at the Lufkin parish to serve as a minister at First Baptist Church in Bryan, Texas. Also First Baptist’s media director, Eric Garland helps to lead a media-savvy house of worship that allows parishioners to live-stream sermons on the church website, as well as watch them on KBTX-TV.

Over more than 60 years, KBTX-TV has established itself as a trusted news leader in the Brazos Valley.
